Principle 1 Perceivable · Guideline 1.4: Distinguishable
1.4.1 Use of Color
Color must never be the only way information is conveyed.
What this means in practice
A required field marked only in red is invisible to color-blind users. Add a symbol, a label or text. The classic case: inline links distinguished from body text by colour alone – they need an underline.
What Wave Access contributes
Das Bedienfeld von Wave Access bietet Besuchern an, alle Links dauerhaft zu unterstreichen.
